A Vacuum Valve is used to secure tanks against vacuum pressure.

The VARIVENT® Vacuum Valve type V incorporates a soft seat giving a fast response to vacuum conditions whilst maintaining a good seal when pressurized.

The design prevents ingress of particles into the tank during venting.

A drip pan is also provided to direct CIP away whilst the valve is being cleaned.
