GEA Liquid Processing offers our unique VARITUBEŽ tubular heat exchangers which are specifically designed for the thermal treatment of low- to high-viscosity products as well as products containing particles, pulp and fibres.
According to the required process application and the physical properties of the product, the most appropriate design can be selected from numerous versions of VARITUBEŽ tubular heat exchangers.
The VARITUBEŽ tubular heat exchanger is a straight tube heat exchanger with one or more inner tubes situated in a shell. The inner tubes can either be plain or corrugated. Corrugation and the optimized product/media volume ratio increase the thermal efficiency of our tubular heat exchangers.
The modular design allows for easy installation and extension as well as future modifications.
The following types of VARITUBEŽ tubular heat exchangers are available:
- VARITUBEŽ S – a Single tube T.H.E. for products containing large particles
- VARITUBEŽ M – a multitube T.H.E. for multiple applications within the food industry
- VARITUBEŽ P – a multitube T.H.E. for product/product heat recovery
- VARITUBEŽ E – a multitube T.H.E for high volume CIP Media
- VARITUBEŽ HS –a multitube T.H.E for high temperature differences in CIP media
- SK device- a patented add-on flow device for multitube T.H.E.
