The GEA Soft Cheese Separator type KSD is developed especially for the production of soft cheese and similar product processes such as:

  • Quark or skyr according to the standard process, max. 20% TS
  • Quark or skyr according to the thermo process,18%
  • Cream cheese with 40% fat in DM and max. 28% DM
  • Labneh and strained yoghurt with 40% fat in DM and max. 24% TS

The GEA Soft Cheese separator provides the following benefits:
