The GEA Soft Cheese Separator type KSD is developed especially for the production of soft cheese and similar product processes such as:
- Quark or skyr according to the standard process, max. 20% TS
- Quark or skyr according to the thermo process,18%
- Cream cheese with 40% fat in DM and max. 28% DM
- Labneh and strained yoghurt with 40% fat in DM and max. 24% TS
