On Site
GEA Liquid Processing recognizes the importance of the installation and commissioning phase, working at our customer’s site providing our final finger print on the project. Our teams of experienced Site Managers, Mechanical/ Electrical Supervisors and Commissioning Engineers are involved in the projects right from the beginning. As a consequence, many misunderstandings during the mechanical and electrical completion test (Dry Test) are avoided.
Worldwide, GEA Group can provide an experienced local work force such as welders, fitters and electricians. Based on the drawings prepared by our Process Design & Engineering team, our Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors install and integrate processing systems and/or processing modules within the shortest possible time frame.
Our Commissioning team consisting of both Product Technologists and Software Engineers complete the entire commissioning phase from the performance of I/O tests and adjustment of feedbacks to finally carrying out the functional test (Wet Test).
The actual performance test which may be based on the client's User Requirement Specification (URS), as well as the final acceptance test, will be conducted in close collaboration with the GEA Project Management and the customer.
We believe in long-term customer relations and we always keep our promises - because this is who we are…
