One Pot Mixing
With a one pot mixing process, the BATCH FORMULA™ reduces the
number of pre-mixing tanks by uniting the entire process.
Our BATCH
FORMULA™ makes powder liquid mixing and homogenisation possible in one
unit. The unique patented stator system gives the operator the ability to
switch from low shear to high shear with a single input, making it possible to
achieve a homogenous mix (high shear), whilst at the same time enabling the
gentle addition of particles/solids with little or no damage to the product
(low shear). The system ensures complete control throughout the entire process.

The unique turbo unit is the key to an
optimal mixing of even high-viscous products. External recirculation loops are
avoided thereby ensuring ease of cleaning and no clogged pipes. Furthermore,
the unique design of the mixer makes it possible to work with half- and
quarter-sized batches.
Highly efficient scraper blades can be mounted
on the anchor agitator in the Batch Formula™ Mixer to ensure turbulence in the
tank, thereby avoiding burning and/or crystallisation.
The use of a
vacuum during production enables powder introduction. Powder can be introduced
below the liquid surface achieving instant wetting of the ingredients and
avoiding “fish eyes” in the product.
